Olive Wood Cutting Boards, Handcrafted in Crete, Greece
Every cutting board in our collection is carved by hand from olive trees that have reached the end of their fruit-producing life in Crete, Greece. The wood is typically 100 to 300 years old: dense, tight-grained, and naturally resistant to bacteria. Each board is finished with organic olive oil and beeswax, making it completely food-safe with no chemical coatings.
Because every olive tree grows differently, no two boards share the same grain pattern. What you receive is a one-of-a-kind piece that functions as a cutting surface, a serving board, and a display piece.

Olive Wood Cutting Boards for Prep, Serving, and Gifting
Olive wood is known for its dense, durable grain, making it a strong choice for cutting boards, serving boards, and charcuterie boards. With basic care — hand washing, drying immediately, and oiling occasionally — your board can develop a richer patina over time and stay beautiful for years.
