Olive Wood Mortar and Pestle - Classic

Each piece is handcrafted in Crete, Greece from carefully selected mature olive wood. The wood is dried and prepared before carving, then shaped and sanded by hand to preserve its natural grain and character.

The finished piece is conditioned with a food-contact finish made from olive oil and beeswax. No stain or varnish is added. Because this is natural wood, grain, colour, edge shape, and dimensions vary from piece to piece.

Orders ship from Oshawa, Ontario across Canada. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on destination.

Tracking is included and sent by email when the order ships. Each piece is carefully protected for transport.

We offer a 60-day return window. Contact us if the product is not what you expected and we will help arrange the return according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Natural differences in grain, colour, edge shape, and dimensions are part of handcrafted olive wood and are not defects.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately. Do not soak and do not place in a dishwasher. Allow the piece to dry fully before storing.

When the wood begins to look dry, apply a thin coat of food-grade mineral oil or a food-safe board conditioner. Wipe away any excess.
